Directions to Parthenon Capital - 265 Franklin Street, Boston, MA

From Logan Airport:

• Follow the Airport exit signs for Sumner Tunnel/93 north.
• After the toll, follow the signs to 93 North/Government Center.
• The tunnel will split, exit left following the sign for Government Center.
• Exit the tunnel and proceed straight through the light onto New Chardon Street.
• Take the first left (at the second set of lights) onto Congress Street. There is a Mobil station on the right.
• At the 6th set of lights, take a left onto Milk Street.
• Take the second right onto Batterymarch Street.
• Take the first right onto Franklin Street. The main entrance is at the corner of Oliver and Franklin on the left.
• To Park: Parking is available in the 265 Franklin Street garage, located off Batterymarch Street. Stay on Batterymarch Street, continuing past Franklin Street and look for the (P) symbol on the right for the entrance to the parking garage.

From the North:

• Take 93 South to Exit 24A/Government Center.
• At the end of the ramp, take a left at the light onto JFK Surface Road.
• Continue past Milk Street and India Street to Broad Street, on your right.
• Turn onto Broad Street and then take the 1st left onto Franklin Street.
• The main entrance is at the corner of Oliver and Franklin Street, which is two blocks ahead on the left.
• To Park: Parking is available in the 265 Franklin Street garage located off Batterymarch Street. Take the first left onto Batterymarch after turning on Franklin Street. Look for the (P) symbol on the right.

From the South:

• Take Route 93 North to Exit 23/Government Center.
• At the end of the ramp, take a sharp left at the light onto JFK Surface Road.
• Continue past Clinton Street, State Street, Central Street, Milk Street and India Street to Broad Street, on your right.
• Turn onto Broad Street and then take the 1st left onto Franklin Street.
• The main entrance is at the corner of Oliver and Franklin Street, which is two blocks ahead on the left.
• To Park: Parking is available in the 265 Franklin Street garage located off Batterymarch Street. Take the first left onto Batterymarch after turning on Franklin Street. Look for the (P) symbol on the right.

From the West:

• Take Route 90 East (Mass Pike) to the end.
• Follow the signs for Exit 24B, Route 93 North.
• Take 93 North to Exit 23/Government Center.
• At the end of the ramp, take a sharp left at the light onto JFK Surface Road.
• Continue past Clinton Street, State Street, Central Street, Milk Street and India Street to Broad Street, on your right.
• Turn onto Broad Street and then take the 1st left onto Franklin Street.

By MBTA (Subway):
Red Line (South Station):

• Exit via the main entrance and cross Atlantic Avenue to Federal Street.
• Proceed two blocks and take a right onto Franklin Street.
• Continue on Franklin Street for 3 blocks.
• 265 Franklin is on the corner of Franklin Street and Oliver Street.

• Proceed right after exiting the station, walking toward Tremont Street.
• Cross Tremont Street and continue down Winter Street.
• Walk one block down Winter Street toward Downtown Crossing.
• In front of Downtown Crossing make a left onto Washington Street.
• Take the next right onto Franklin Street.
• 265 Franklin is on the corner of Franklin Street and Oliver Street.

• Exit the station at the Congress Street exit.
• Take a right at Congress Street and proceed 3 blocks to Franklin Street.
• Turn left at Franklin Street.
• 265 Franklin is located on the corner of Franklin Street and Oliver Street.

Directions to Parthenon Capital - San Francisco

From Route 101:

• From 101 North take route 280N
• Exit at King Street and the Embarcadero
• Follow on the Embarcadero
• Take a left onto Washington Street
• Take a left onto Drumm Street
• Four Embarcadero is on the left side

From the Bay Bridge:

• Take the Fremont St. Exit, the first exit on your right as you come into San Francisco
• Stay on Fremont St. cross over Market which will then become Front St.
• Continue on Front Street and cross Sacramento Street to Clay Street
• Make a right on Clay
• Go down two blocks to Drumm Street
• Continue on Clay across Drumm
• Street to the cobblestone road
• The entrance to Four Embarcadero
• Center will be immediately on your right hand side

From the Golden Gate Bridge and the Marina:

• Take Lombard St. to Van Ness
• Make a right on Van Ness
• Then go 1/2 mile and make a left on California St.
• You will go over Nob Hill and at the bottom of the hill make a left on Kearny St.
• Make a right on Clay St.
• Proceed down Clay Street to Drumm Street
• Continue on Clay across Drumm Street to the cobblestone road
• The entrance to Four Embarcadero Center will be immediately on your right hand side
