Ashish Kulkarni joined Parthenon Capital in 2025 and is a Vice President in the firm’s San Francisco office. He is responsible for sourcing and executing new transactions and working with current portfolio companies.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Parthenon, Ashish was at Golden Gate Capital in San Francisco, where he focused on industrials investments. Prior to Golden Gate, Ashish worked at Bain & Company in their Houston office, spending most of his time in their Private Equity Group working on commercial due diligences across a variety of industries.

EDUCATION

Ashish earned a B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Rice University and an M.B.A. with honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
