BOSTON, MA — Parthenon Capital (Parthenon) is pleased to announce the firm’s latest round of promotions, including the promotion of Anthony Orazio to Partner.
Anthony joined Parthenon in 2014 and is responsible for sourcing and executing new financial and insurance services investments and working with those portfolio companies. Prior to joining Parthenon, Anthony was an investment professional at Oak Hill Capital Partners, where he was a member of the business & financial services industry group. Prior to Oak Hill, he worked in the investment banking group at Blackstone (nka PJT Partners). Anthony earned his BA in economics, with honors, from Swarthmore College.

In addition, Steven Bressler has been promoted to Principal and Tharald Fongaard to Vice President.
Steven Bressler joined Parthenon Capital in 2017. He is active in sourcing and executing new investment opportunities and working with portfolio companies in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Parthenon, Steven was a Principal with Varsity Healthcare Partners and a Vice President at Riverside Partners. He was also an Associate at Frazier Healthcare Partners and a Senior Analyst at Shattuck Hammond Partners (nka Raymond James). Steven earned his BA from Duke University and his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Tharald Fongaard was promoted to Vice President this past September. Tharald joined Parthenon as an Associate in 2017 and has been active in sourcing and executing new transactions and working with current portfolio companies in a range of sectors. Prior to joining Parthenon, Tharald was an Associate at Strategy& in New York where he provided strategic advice to a broad range of institutional investors undertaking mergers or acquisitions. Tharald graduated from Princeton University with a BSE in operations research and financial engineering.
