BOSTON — Parthenon Capital (Parthenon), a leading growth-oriented private equity firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Dan Killeen to partner. Dan joined Parthenon in 2021 and is a senior member of the firm’s healthcare investment area, responsible for leading investments across various sectors of healthcare and working closely with portfolio companies to drive growth.
Prior to joining Parthenon, Dan was a principal at Nautic Partners where he focused exclusively on healthcare services investments. Prior to Nautic, Dan gained operating experience in leadership roles at Anthem, Inc. (nka Elevance Health), a national provider of health insurance benefits. Earlier in his career, he was an investment professional at Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking, the private equity arm of Goldman Sachs, and TA Associates. Dan earned his B.A from Dartmouth College.
