Carson Gibson Weis joined Parthenon Capital in 2023 and is a Vice President in the firm’s Austin office. She is responsible for sourcing and executing new investments and working with existing portfolio companies.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Parthenon, Carson was an investment professional with Kelso & Company, a middle-market private equity firm, where she worked across industries. Prior to Kelso, she worked in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, where she focused on the financial services industry.

EDUCATION

Carson earned her B.S. in Commerce, with Distinction, from the University of Virginia and her M.B.A., with Honors, from Wharton.
