Margo DiamondDirector of Portfolio Talent

Margo Diamond joined Parthenon Capital in 2026 as Director of Portfolio Talent in the firm’s Boston office. She leads C-suite talent strategy across the Parthenon portfolio, partnering with the investment team and portfolio company leadership on executive recruitment, leadership assessment, and broader talent initiatives.

Experience

Prior to joining Parthenon, Margo held talent leadership roles at TPG, Galvanize Climate Solutions, and The Boston Consulting Group. Previously, she worked in executive search at Heidrick & Struggles within the firm’s private equity practice. Margo was an Investor Relations Manager at Farallon Capital Management. She began her career as an Associate at Morgan Stanley and a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Education

Margo earned her Ph.D. from the University of Maine, her M.A. from Columbia University, and her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
