We often spend years studying a theme, with proactive research and networking, thereby allowing us to have greater conviction on long-term opportunities and not get bogged down by short-term dynamics, and to better understand complexity.

We have significant sector and business building experience, including senior-level professionals in strategy and operations, commercial excellence, capital markets, human capital, FP&A, automation and AI in addition to M&A.
