Benny joined Parthenon Capital as an Analyst in 2025. He is active in sourcing and executing new transactions and working with current portfolio companies.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Parthenon, Benny was a Summer Analyst at Altas Partners where he worked on the investment and portfolio solutions teams. Additionally, he worked at Operational Excellence, UNC’s strategic consulting and change management team.

EDUCATION

Benny earned a B.A. with distinction in Organizational Behavior with a minor in Business Administration as a Morehead-Cain Scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
