Greg Vanderhorst joined Parthenon Capital in 2026 and is a Vice President in the firm’s Boston office. He is active in sourcing and executing new transactions and working with current portfolio companies.

Experience

Prior to joining Parthenon, Greg was an Associate at Bain Capital, where he focused on investments in the healthcare and technology sectors. Prior to Bain Capital, Greg began his career at Bain & Company as a Consultant.

Education

Greg earned a B.A. from Harvard College, cum laude, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a member of the Health Care Management Program.
