Kendal Matas joined Parthenon Capital as an Analyst in 2025. She is active in sourcing and executing new transactions and working with current portfolio companies.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Parthenon, Kendal was an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at RBC Capital Markets working on their M&A team in New York City. Kendal also worked as a Private Equity Summer Analyst at Nonantum Capital Partners, where she assisted in new deal analysis and portfolio company initiatives.

EDUCATION

Kendal earned her BBA in Finance, graduating Magna Cum Laude as an Aspire Fellow from Lipscomb University.
