Melissa Slade joined Parthenon Capital as Human Resources Manager in 2026. She manages the employee lifecycle as well as benefits. She also supports recruiting, compensation, and performance management across the firm.

Experience

Prior to joining Parthenon, Melissa was a Senior Human Resources Associate at the MIT Investment Management Company (MITIMCo) where she spearheaded recruiting across industries including technology, commercial real estate, financial operations, and institutional investing. She also supported benefits administration as well as compensation and employee relations. Melissa previously worked as a Career Coach to a large caseload of newly arrived refugees and immigrants at JVS Boston.

Education

Melissa earned her B.A. in Public Health from the Honors College at the University of South Carolina
