Rahul Raina is Director of Strategy and Implementation at Parthenon Capital. He is focused on building value in the Parthenon portfolio through assisting companies with strategic and operational initiatives, as well as selectively supporting the firm’s diligence efforts for new investments.

Experience

Prior to joining Parthenon, Rahul worked at Bain & Company where we he advised Bain’s private equity clients on a variety of commercial due diligence and value creation initiatives. Before Bain, he worked as a Restructuring and Investment Banking Analyst at PJT Partners.

Education

Rahul earned his MS in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Dartmouth College.
