RJ joined Parthenon Capital in 2025 and is a Principal in the firm’s San Francisco office. He is responsible for sourcing and executing new investments and working with current portfolio companies.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Parthenon, RJ spent 8 years as President at SpotOn, a leading Point-of-Sale and Vertical SaaS provider for restaurants and small businesses. Before SpotOn, RJ served as CFO of UK-based Axsy, an Order-to-Cash Enterprise SaaS company. RJ started his career as an investment banker at Financial Technology Partners working with FinTech companies, including Parthenon portfolio companies Performant Financial and Cayan.
