Rohit Ramchandani joined Parthenon Capital in 2026 as Director, Finance Strategy and Performance. He works with CEOs, CFOs and their leadership teams on priority initiatives, with a focus on finance strategy, operational excellence, financial transformation, and value creation.

Experience

Prior to Parthenon, Rohit spent over 12 years at Performant Healthcare (Nasdaq: PHLT) where he served in a series of operational and financial leadership roles, ultimately as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. In his CFO capacity, in addition to leading Performant’s finance organization, he oversaw the company’s legal, compliance and information security functions. Rohit began his career as an investment banker at Financial Technology Partners.

Education

Rohit earned a B.S. in business administration and a B.S. in mathematics/economics from the University of Southern California.
