Rory Sheehan joined Parthenon as a Compliance Analyst in 2025. He supports the development and implementation of Parthenon’s regulatory policies and compliance program.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Parthenon, Rory was an Analyst at Iron Road Partners where he worked with former SEC regulators and CCOs to provide compliance consulting services, policy reviews, and mock audits to investment managers and registered funds. He also worked as a Financial Services Compliance and Regulation Intern at Kroll.

EDUCATION

Rory earned his B.A. in Economics and a Minor in Business Administration from Boston University.
