Shiv joined Parthenon Capital as an Analyst in 2026. He is active in sourcing and executing new transactions and working with current portfolio companies.

Experience

Prior to joining Parthenon, Shiv was an Investment Intern at Third Prime, an early-stage venture capital firm where he supported deal sourcing and diligence. He also worked as an Investment Intern at Ruane Cunniff, a public markets-focused, value-oriented investment firm.

Education

Shiv earned a BSE in computer science from the School of Engineering and Applied Science and a BS in economics, from the Wharton School, at the University of Pennsylvania.
